COORDINATES AND VELOCITIES REVISED AT EIGHT CORS SITES
Coordinates and/or velocities were revised for 8 sites:
California PTSG
Florida MIA4
Louisiana LMCN
Mexico INEG, MMX1
Missouri LTHM
Pennsylvania UPTC
South Dakota CLK5
Revised coordinates/velocities are valid for the entire
operation time of a site in ITRF00, with exceptions
for time-series offsets or changes in velocities noted
for the following sites, beginning at dates.
INEG 2007-02-09 change in subsidence from -60mm/yr to -37mm/yr
LMCN 2005-08-29 change in subsidence from 0mm/yr to -6mm/yr
MIA4 2007-01-10 unknown offset
MMX1 2008-04-25 change in subsidence from 0mm/yr to -324mm/yr
Users have requested that whenever ITRF00 coordinates/
velocities are revised, that the transformed NAD83
coordinates be revised, too, regardless of the amount
of change. Changes to NAD83 coordinates at the published
epoch date 2002.0 are:
CLK5 Horz = 0.011 m Vert = 0.085 m
INEG Horz = 0.026 m Vert = -0.081 m
LMCN Horz = 0.013 m Vert = 0.008 m
LTHM Horz = 0.003 m Vert = -0.005 m
MIA4 Horz = 0.004 m Vert = 0.021 m
MMX1 Horz = 0.003 m Vert = 3.686 m
PTSG Horz = 0.019 m Vert = 0.002 m
